Week 1 Update
Midterms are over and I have to admit it’s been really hard to curb my diet. However, I have resisted the urge to binge eat and allow myself to constantly snack on food for the whole day. I thought it was a silly idea, but I find myself less hungry around bigger meals.
One of my bad habits in the past was to eat everything on my plate. My mom told me that it’s wasteful to throw away food while there are people who are starving. My mom has the right intentions, but it’s difficult to tell yourself to stop when there is much more food in front of you.
It’s going to take a lot of work to control it. Baby steps.
I’ve been drinking tons of water. It’s about an average 96 fl. oz. a day. The good thing about being hydrated is that my hair looks very healthy and shiny. The bad side of it, I go to the restroom about 20x a day.
It’s paying off though!
